For organisers

Run a tennis league without a spreadsheet

Groups, fixtures, scoring, promotions and relegations - set the rules once and the table works itself out from the results. Public or private, with a ready snippet to embed on your club website.

What you set, and what the app does

You decide the format: number of groups, points per win and per set, how many players go up and down at the end of a season, whether entry is open or by invitation only, and whether there is an entry fee. Everything else – the draw, the fixture list, chasing results, the final ranking – happens on its own.

Results confirmed by both sides

One player enters the score, the other confirms it with a single tap, also straight from the e-mail notification. Until it is confirmed the table does not move, and a disputed result lands with you, not in a group chat. No more arguing about a score nobody wrote down.

A private league for your club, or a public one for the city

A private league is invisible in search and joins only by link – ideal for a club-internal ladder. A public one is listed for everyone in the town and goes through a short moderation to keep the directory clean.

The table lives on your website too

Every league comes with a small embed code. Paste it into any page of your club website and the current table, fixtures and results appear there, styled in your league colours and updated automatically.

What is in the app

Everything a league needs, in one place

Every feature below exists because somebody used to do it by hand - in a spreadsheet, a group chat or at the club reception.

See how it works
  1. The table updates itself

One player enters the score, the other confirms it. Points, positions, promotions and relegations follow at once – nobody keeps a spreadsheet, nobody chases anyone.

  2. Fixtures from your calendar

Mark the hours you can play. The app finds an opponent from your division with a matching slot and proposes a time – instead of a chain of “so when?” messages.

  3. The table on your club website

Every league ships with an embed snippet. Paste it into any page and the live table, fixtures and results appear there, updated automatically.

  4. Reply from your inbox

Requests for a date, a challenge or a result confirmation arrive by e-mail with a one-tap answer. You confirm without logging in; scores themselves go in through the app.

  5. Private or public leagues

A private league joins by link only – perfect for a club ladder. A public one is listed for the whole town after a quick moderation. Switch at any time.

  6. Entry fees and settlements

Set an entry fee, see who has paid, export the season’s settlement. Venues get the same for bookings, monthly and per court.

How it works

From sign-up to your first match in four steps

No club membership required, no fee to open an account. A league fee, when there is one, is set by its organiser.

Create an account
  1. Step 1: Create an account

E-mail, a short level questionnaire and you are in. Free for players; no club membership required.

  2. Step 2: Find or start a league

Browse leagues in your town and sign up – or set up your own, public or private, in a few minutes.

  3. Step 3: Mark when you play

Tick your free hours. The app pairs you with an opponent from your division and proposes a time and a court.

  4. Step 4: Play and enter the score

After the match one of you enters the result, the other confirms it. The table and your rating update on the spot.

How long does it take to set up a league?

Ten minutes: name, town, format (groups, points, promotion rules), visibility and an optional fee. Players sign up by themselves; the draw happens when you close entries.

Can I charge an entry fee?

Yes. Set the amount when creating the league. The app shows who has paid, and you export the settlement at the end of the season.

Can I run a league only for my club members?

Make it private: it does not appear in search and joins only by a link you share. You can open it up later.

Can the table be shown on our club website?

Yes. Every league has an embed snippet – paste it into any page (WordPress, Wix, plain HTML) and the live table, fixtures and results appear there.
